Shirts Designed to Frame the Face and Dress the Hand

Our Approach

The most important features of a dress shirt are the collar and the cuffs. The shirt collar is essentially the frame to your face, and we help design a collar that is flattering and presents you best. For example, long straight-point collars help lengthen and narrow a wide or rounder face, just as the broad spacing of a spread collar will counterbalance a longer, more narrow face. We make the shirt cuffs trim enough on your wrist to hold the sleeves in place, yet with enough ease to be comfortable to wear. Our approach to designing shirts for the individual is the same whether in bespoke or made-to-measure.

Bespoke

In the tradition of true bespoke, we draft a paper pattern specifically for you, and all fabrics are cut by hand. All adjustments are made to this paper pattern. We offer fabrics from the top mills in the world, including our favorites Alumo, Bonfanti, and Thomas Mason.

Our bespoke shirts are made in a small workshop just a few blocks from our showroom in Manhattan.

Bespoke shirts start at $525. There is a four shirt minimum on the first order, and no minimum on following orders. For first time clients, we begin with a sample fitting shirt to assess the fit and perfect the pattern before proceeding with the full order.

Made-to-Measure

Our made-to-measure shirts are made by our factory partner in India. We take extensive measurements, and adjust our pattern to create an your individual pattern based on posture and body measurements. We offer an extensive collection of high quality 100s and 120s two-ply cotton cloths, as well as casual fabrics such as denim and jerseys.

MTM shirts start at $275. There is a three shirt minimum on the first order, and no minimum on following orders. For first-time clients, we start with a sample shirt to assess the fit and adjust the pattern before proceeding with the full order.
